The University of Jamestown women's track and field team competed at home on Friday at the Al Cassell Classic.  

FOR THE JIMMIES

  • Kristina Brossart placed fifth in the 100 Meters with a time of 12.75.
  • Paige Erhardt placed sixth in the 100 Meter Hurdles with a time of 16.21. She placed second in the High Jump with a personal best mark of 1.56m (5'1.25"). She placed fifth in the Javelin Throw with a season best mark of 34.54m (113'4").  
  • Jordyn Thorson placed second in the 800 Meters with a time of 2:22.94.
  • Keely Arnston placed second in the 5000 Meters with a time of 19:17.09. 
  • Heather Okeson placed third in the Discus Throw with a personal best mark of 38.61m (126'8").
  • Makenzie Gibson placed fourth in the Hammer Throw with a personal best mark of 43.92m (144'1"). 
  • Brenna Held placed eighth in the Hammer Throw with a personal best mark of 40.21m (131'11").
  • Mackenzie Bakken placed seventh in the Long Jump with a mark of 4.83m (15'10.25"). 
  • Megan Frank placed third in the Pole Vault with a season best mark of 3.35m (10'11.75").
  • Quinn Bassingthwaite placed fourth in the Pole Vault with a personal best mark of 3.00m (9'10"). 
  • Sara Bonn had a season best in the 100 Meter Hurdles, and Kirsten Vander Kooi had a personal best in the 5000 Meters.
