The Jamestown women's track and field team competed on Saturday, March 30 at the Al Bortke Open in Bismarck, ND. The women took 3rd of 5th. The women had six top 10 finishers.  

FOR THE JIMMIES

  • Paige Erhardt placed 2nd in the 100 Hurdles with a personal best time of 16.19. She also placed 3rd in High Jump with a jump of 1.47m (4'9.75").
  • Sara Bonn placed 5th in High Jump with a jump of 1.42m (4'7.75"). She also competed in Long Jump and marked 4.42m (14'6"). 
  • Quinn Bassingthwaite competed in Pole Vault and marked 2.75m (9'0.25"). 
  • Heather Okeson placed 2nd in Discus with a throw of 111'6". 
  • Makenzie Gibson placed 4th in Discus with a throw of 97'11".
  • Brenna Held placed 3rd in Hammer with a personal best mark of 37.19m (122'0").

  • The women travel to Vermillion, SD to compete at the University of South Dakota Early Bird on April 5thand 6th.
