Bio

Faith Brintle is entering her first season as an assistant coach on the University of Jamestown women’s basketball staff.

During the 2021-22 season, Brintle was an assistant coach at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyo., and helped lead the Golden Eagles to an 18-12 overall record as the team advanced to the Region IX semifinals for the first time in program history. Additionally, Brintle has five seasons of AAU coaching experience with the Lady Prospects Basketball Club out of Lawrence, Kan.

Brintle played three years at NCAA Division II Lincoln (Mo.) University. As a freshman in 2017-18, she played in 25 games, starting 15, and finished second on the Blue Tigers with 10.4 points per game. Her 2.4 assists per contest led the team and she set a new Lincoln single-season record with a .917 mark from the foul line.

After missing the 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons due to injury, Brintle concluded her collegiate playing career at NCAA Division II Minot State University.

Originally from Alta Vista, Kan., Brintle graduated from Minot State in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
