Men's track & field compete Saturday at Mike Thorson Open

The Jamestown men's track & field team competed January 20th at the Mike Thorson Open in Bismarck, North Dakota. They placed 8th of 8. 

FOR THE JIMMIES

  • Charles Eaton ran a personal best of 26.81 in the 200. 
  • Cael Church ran a personal best of 53.35 in the 400 meters. 
  • Kadin Neppl ran a personal best time of 1:31.47 in the 600 meters. He placed 5th of 12 in High Jump with a personal best of 1.88m (6'2"). 
  • Clark Lortscher placed 10th of 25 in the Mile with a time of 4:38.23. 
  • Landon Thompson ran a personal best in the Mile with a time of 4:50.48. 
  • Liam Pospisil ran a personal best in the Mile with a time of 5:28.22.
  • Kaden Jensen placed 5th of 17 in Long Jump with a jump of 6.28m (20'7.25").
  • Josiah Rudloff jumped a personal best in Long Jump, 6.10m (20'0.25"). He placed 2nd of 6 in Triple Jump with a personal best of 13.23m (43'5"). 
  • Jorden Morales placed 6th of 32 in Shot Put with a throw of 14.24m (46'8.75").
  • Tyler Dean placed 10th in Shot Put with a throw of 13.67m (44'10.25"), and Sam Reiland placed 12th with a personal best of 13.65m (44'9.5"). 
  • Connor Smith threw a personal best in Shot Put with a mark of 10.91m (35'9.5"). 
  • Dawson Sedivec placed first in Weight Throw with a qualifying mark of 17.88m (58'.8").
