Wide receiver Javon Bowie-Monteiro was a GPAC second-team selection and quarterback Cade Torgerson, linebacker Jed Rantz, and offensive lineman Kole Mack were honorable mention selections.

Jamestown continued to show improvement in the 2021 season, ending 2-9 overall and 2-8 in the GPAC. Izaak Myles was chosen as the GPAC's first-team all-conference punter, defensive back Jordan Olson was named to the second team, and quarterback Cade Torgerson was selected as honorable mention.

The 2020 Jimmies finished with a 1-7 record while navigating through the COVID-19 pandemic. Punter Izaak Myles was named a first-team GPAC selection while defensive lineman Vincent Corral was named to the second team, and offensive lineman Carter Hangsleben was an honorable mention selection.

Mistro, who played for the Jimmies from 2005 through 2008, returned to UJ after seven years as an assistant at Concordia College in Moorhead, where he served as defensive backs coach, special teams coordinator and co-recruiting coordinator.

During his time with Concordia, the Cobbers posted a combined record of 51-19.

The Gilbert, Arizona native came to Jamestown in 2005 and played his first three seasons for Coach Tom Dosch and his senior season for Coach Bud Etzold. He was a two-year starter at safety for the Jimmies and served as team captain while earning All-Conference honors his senior year. After graduation, Mistro joined Dosch's staff at Northern State (S.D.) as a graduate assistant, and joined the staff at Concordia after earning his graduate degree.
